You can also add new videos that you can record from your webcam. Click the plus (+) icon on the bottom-right of the screen or select Upload from the left menu. Choose Record then start recording!
Your videos will be exported as one MP4 video file. Make your file smaller and compatible with all media players.

Your file size will depend on the compression settings you select before exporting your video. You can choose to export it in a slightly lower quality to make the file smaller. Since VEED will convert your MKV files to MP4, the final merged file will also be automatically smaller than the original.
You can upload multiple video files in different formats to merge—including MP4 files. The final file will always be in MP4 format.
MKV stands for Matroska Video—which was first developed in Russia in 2002. It was designed to be a multimedia container that can include audio, subtitles, videos, images, etc. However, not all media players support the MKV format. It is still best to convert your videos to MP4 to make them more universally compatible.
