Questions & answers

The program is made up of a group of VEED users who provide feedback on new & existing product features & designs, to make them better for everyone. To give as many people as possible the chance to have their voice heard, participation is limited to 6 months.

1) Give feedback: You’ll have the opportunity to share what you like & don’t like about the product, directly with product teams. This could be via surveys, interviews or beta-testing new features.

2) Get incentives: As a gesture of thanks, when you participate in at least 2 projects a month we’ll provide you with a $30 digital VISA giftcard. Terms & conditions apply.

3) Get connected: Meet other VEED users, swap tips and expand your professional network.

We’ll review your application and, if selected, you’ll receive an email from us inviting you to join for six months. Once you have signed the Insiders Program Agreement, you will then be added to the group!

The participation is intentionally time-limited. To keep the community vibrant and make room for new voices, each member may participate for up to 6 months.

We want your time in the program to be a positive experience. The Insiders Program Agreement sets out what you can expect from us in the program, plus what we expect from you and other terms and conditions of participation in the program.

You’ll generally receive an email with your incentive within 2 weeks of the end of each month.

Although we hope you join the program with the intention of being an active member, we understand that life gets in the way sometimes. To leave, drop us an email to: [email protected]
