Once you have uploaded your Instagram reel video to VEED, you will be taken to the video editor page. You will see four clickable dots on the four corners of the video screen - click on any of those and start moving it up, down, left, or right until it matches the shape and size you want.
Or click on Settings - under Size, you can select a preset aspect ratio for your video. Click on any size, and VEED will automatically crop your Instagram reel video to fit that size.
VEED allows you to reduce not just the dimensions but also the actual file size of your videos. Simply adjust the settings under Compression and Quality before exporting your video. You can also use our video compression tool to reduce your video’s file size in a few clicks.
A video on Standard Settings that is 30 seconds in length typically comes up to 5MB in size. If it’s in high-definition (HD), it may take up to 20-45MB of storage space per minute.
While Instagram reel is already considered the smallest in size among other video file types, you may still exceed your email server’s file attachment limit if you send multiple Instagram reel files. The typical limit for sending email attachments is 20-25MB. The best thing to do is to compress your videos in VEED before sending them via email.
